Service B: Line Editing
So, you’ve written your story and reread it so often you could recite it blindfolded — now it’s time for a fresh pair of eyes. With a line edit I will take story structure, continuity, style, and voice into consideration. This scale of edit will look at the big picture and the minute details (was that cup red or blue in the last chapter?) to help your story shine.
Service C: Proofreading
This scale of edit will focus on the granular details that can stick out like a sore thumb. I have a keen eye honed through journalism and digital marketing experience. With a thorough proofread there will be no dangling sentences left behind, no typos, and no questionable syntax.
Service D: World Building
Finally, writing can be an incredibly solitary endeavor and sometimes a second pair of ears is how the best ideas are realized. This service is different from a consultation as we will hit the ground running to discuss, collaboratively, what roadblocks are standing in your way and how to improve your setting.
